1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the n.tranet application (the "Service") operated by N Family Holdings Limited, trading as N Family Club ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is an internal intranet platform operated by N Family Holdings Limited, located at 47-49 Charlotte Road, London, EC2A 3QT, United Kingdom. The Service provides staff and authorised users with access to company information, resources, policies, an AI-powered chat assistant, and other internal tools.

3. Eligibility and Access

The Service is available to N Family Club employees, contractors, and other individuals who have been granted authorised access. Access is provided on an invitation basis and requires authentication via Google OAuth through our authentication provider, Clerk.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must not share your access with unauthorised individuals.

4. Google OAuth and Authentication

The Service uses Google OAuth for authentication only. By signing in, you authorise the Service to access your basic Google account information (name, email address, and profile picture) solely for the purpose of authentication and account management. No calendar or other additional permissions are requested from your Google account.

Shared organisational calendar events displayed on the Service are retrieved server-side using a Google Service Account and do not involve your personal Google credentials.

You may revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions settings.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for its intended purpose as an internal staff resource.
• Comply with all applicable N Family Club policies and procedures.
• Not attempt to access areas of the Service for which you do not have authorisation.
• Not share confidential information accessed through the Service with unauthorised parties.
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation or security.
• Not use the AI chat feature to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or in violation of company policies.
• Report any security vulnerabilities or concerns to the IT team promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources available through the Service, including but not limited to text, images, logos, documents, and software, are the property of N Family Club or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content accessed through the Service without prior written consent from N Family Club, except as required in the normal course of your duties.

7. AI Chat Feature

The Service includes an AI-powered chat assistant. Content generated by the AI assistant is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as authoritative company policy. Always verify important information with the relevant department or your manager.

Messages submitted through the AI chat feature may be processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI). Do not submit sensitive personal data, passwords, or financial information through the chat feature.

8. Confidentiality

The Service may contain confidential business information, including but not limited to operational procedures, policies, and management resources. You agree to treat all information accessed through the Service as confidential and to use it only for its intended purpose within the scope of your role at N Family Club.

9. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available and operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including but not limited to situations where:

• Your employment or association with N Family Club ends.
• You violate these Terms or any applicable company policy.
• Continued access poses a security risk to the Service or its users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, N Family Holdings Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
